Measure Master

Measure Master® offers a varied line of high quality, precision measuring devices designed for use with both liquids and solids. With our general purpose measuring tools we substitute the need for estimation and guesses with precision and accuracy.

Each of our products has been carefully engineered to ensure zero chemical leaching, precise unit increments and clearly marked measurement units. Our devices also read in many different measurement units so whether you are accustomed to the U.S.  Standard Measurement System or the Metric System we have the tools you need. Our mission is to bring calculated order to the world of finite measure.

• • Helpful Hint • •

You may have noticed that when you pour a liquid into a container and let it settle, the surface of the liquid has a slight curvature. This curvature is called the meniscus and is a result of surface tension. The meniscus can be either convex (like a dome) or concave (like a bowl) - it varys with liquid type.

When you are measuring any liquid, in order to get the most accurate measurement possible, it is recommended that you align the center most level of the meniscus with your desired unit of measure (illustrated at right). Place your measuring container on a stable flat surface, position your viewing point at eye level with your desired unit of measure, and slowly pour the liquid to be measured until the meniscus is properly aligned to the desired measure point.
